Who We Are

Karen D. Haggerty – Karen brings over twelve years of strategic marketing, management consulting, event marketing and public relations experience to the company. She has experience in a variety of industries such as consumer products, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality and communications.

Her clients – seeking to maximize their marketing impact – choose from a comprehensive list of marketing services, experiential marketing, public relations, and event planning and management at Creneau. She has created event marketing, marketing and PR campaigns for organizations, such as Advocate Trinity Hospital, Educational Advancement Foundation, Beiersdorf and Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees & Smoothies.

Karen oversees and manages all aspects of account management including strategic direction for clients. She leads the account team through all phases of PR, marketing and event marketing from launch conceptualization, to planning, to implementation and generation of results. For the firm, she handles long-term strategic planning and implementation, new team member recruitment, and plays an integral role in new business development.

Eric France – Eric brings over fifteen years of strategic marketing, management consulting, public relations and event marketing experience to the company. Eric has created marketing and PR campaigns, and event marketing for companies, such as Anheuser Busch, AT&T, The City of Chicago and UNCF. He has worked in industries such as consumer, retail, hospitality, beverage, communications and technology. Eric works in new business development.
